These processes include cleaning, trimming, heat treatment, machining, etc. Among them, heat treatment is one of the important means to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of castings. Through reasonable heat treatment process design and parameter control, the residual stress and organizational defects inside the casting can be eliminated, and its comprehensive performance and service life can be improved.
